My Girlfriend Code

I think that, being somebody’s girlfriend, or partner, there is a certain code that I should uphold and always remember. In no way am i saying that this is the code that everybody should follow, nor am I saying that this is what good girlfriends. I’m simply sharing with you.. things that I think are duties that come with the role “girlfriend” (Or partner).

To not expose to other people things that may in any way, give a bad impression on my man.
To understand that a relationship is between two people, meaning, that it is, more often than not, unnecessary for anyone else to be involved in our fights, or even have a say in our relationship. And it is also unnecessary for them to know details that should be kept between just the two of us.
To make my man feel needed.
To make him feel like he is the hero in my eyes, and that I believe he can do anything.
To believe that he can do anything, and have faith in him.
To be his support, and his armour when need be.
To make him feel cared for, always, and to make him sure that I will always be there for him.
Always be there for him.
To let him know every day, that he means the world to me. (Because he does).
To be the one person he can trust with absolutely anything, the one person who would never judge, and the one person who would always support him.
To be his strength when he is in doubt.
To love him unconditionally..
